Taste of the Forest

A young warrior named Ferengi, an old mage, gets lost in a forest. Suddenly, she discovers the world has changed—the sun’s rays have disappeared forever from the world and the forest has become a magical land once more. Her discovery is a turning point in humanity’s relationship to nature. As her journey starts to get interesting, her quest for answers quickly goes downhill once she learns of a secret group of magical creatures lurking around the dark cave, and the true origins of the human race. Now on the verge of losing her sanity, Fareeha (voiced by Olivia Newton-John) arrives as an aid to the newly emerging group with great insight into the mysterious group’s actions, while the main cast is set against an even more dangerous foe, the undead. With no good answers to their questions, they begin to unravel what the group is, and discover the true intentions behind them. This first season finale features additional cast, as did a special episode of “The Amazing Spider-Man” (which I had to jump onto because a link came back unexpectedly fast), with writer Jason DeChiara and stars Michael B. Jordan as Bruce Banner, Sam Wilson as Jack the Ripper, Steve Rogers as Iron Man and, most of all, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Karen Page—all three of whom were part of the very special set-
