I would agree with the conclusion it has so far; but I see no problem with that. I’ll explain why:

If two different logos, fonts or colours are the same, a certain meaning is clearly conveyed.

If you click the link to find a brand’s brand name, you’d end up paying some kind of ‘vendor fee’ for your purchase:
